Just like every year, PANTONE releases a special color palette. One that we find in fashion, interior design, textils, makeup etc. The 2016 spring palette has pretty light colors in it, they say they are unisex and optimistic. So we can say that 2016 is a pretty vivid year when it comes to colors. If you follow fashion news, you may how many designers like BALMAIN and Thom Browne have adoped the new pantone palette during the 2016 spring-summer fashion show.
"Colors this season transport us to a happier, sunnier place where we feel free to express a wittier version of our real selves," said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute. "With our culture still surrounded by so much uncertainty, we are continuing to yearn for those softer shades that offer a sense of calm and relaxation."
